HOW IT BEGAN

The Koskinas family has proven being a good neighbour pays off. By turning a run-down gas station into a first class auto shop equipped with a pioneer gas bar they made a Scarborough neighbourhood a better place. The time has come to move to the next chapter. They are building a condo on the Kingston Road site and moving to a new location at 301 Danforth Road, October 16th. Partnered with a world class developer, the Koskinas brothers have found Windmill Developments to be the perfect fit for their vision for developing 1161 Kingston Road.

Residents from the Beaches, Birchcliff and Leslieville are sad to see the gas bar at the Kingston Road location close, but are happy we are close by for their repairs and car maintenance.

When Tom, along with his father Spiro and his brother Paul , first saw the abandoned site at 1161 Kingston Rd they couldn't believe their eyes. The island was stained with you name it and the concrete was cracked and half an inch off the ground. The Koskinas boys decided to take a chance and put in an offer on the site and it was accepted. They had a vision for the property and they exceeded their own expectations for this beaches location.

The changes have brought neighbourhood support for the new business and the Koskins family couldn't be happier. The business is a family affair and the site promises a good return on their investment.

The location on Kingston Road was the perfect fit for the Koskinas family, but they are thrilled to have found the perfect new location to service their loyal customers.
